Partners
Dan Ventures works with builders and operators who each do one part of the job well. We find the land and the community partners. They build, deliver and run what goes on it.
Housing · Factory-built homes
Factory-built container homes, made in the USA and delivered ready to live in, for RV parks, rural land and workforce housing. Mr. Good builds and delivers; Dan Ventures finds the land and works with towns and employers.

We find underused land and the towns, employers and landowners who need housing on it. Land deals come in through Trailhead.

Each site goes to the partner whose product fits: container homes, modular workforce housing and more.
03
Partners submit budgets and draws in the Dan Ventures portal, where every draw is reviewed before it's signed.
If you build, deliver or run housing, or have land and people who need a place to live, we'd like to hear from you.
