Daniel · Builder, investor, skier
Buying what's overlooked. Building what lasts, from the city to the high country.
01 · About
Sourced on foot.
Built by hand.
I'm Daniel. I've spent my career on the side of real estate that doesn't fit in a pitch deck: sourcing land nobody was marketing, underwriting the line items other sponsors skip, and standing on the site before anyone draws the plan.
The best deals I've found rarely show up in a listing. They come from walking a neighborhood before it has a name, or sitting down with the people who have kept a small mountain town running for decades. I'd rather be early and patient than loud and on time.
Off the clock you'll find me on snow, on a stage with a guitar, or somewhere with a tray of oysters. Skiing is the reason I started looking at mountains, and the reason I look at them the way an operator does: lifts, beds, staff housing, and a town that has to work all year.
