Dan Ventures may already be developing, or may later develop, similar ideas independently and has no obligation to you for them. Idea Lab scores are automated guidance only. Nothing on this site is an offer of investment, consulting or funding; any engagement would be agreed in writing.

Liftie answers questions about Dan Ventures automatically using an AI model. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong, are general information only, and are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice or an offer of any kind. Please confirm anything important with us directly. We may review Liftie conversations to improve the Site.

Switchback advisory services

Switchback provides education, process support, consulting and introductions to businesses and real estate projects. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Fees are agreed in advance and are never a percentage of money raised or contingent on any financing closing. Dan Ventures is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, lender or loan broker; it does not lend money, hold client funds, arrange or negotiate financing terms, or sell securities through Switchback. We make no promise that any person will obtain funding, and lenders and investors make their own decisions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
